The best way to get an introduction to the exciting capital of Croatia, Zagreb, and to see the city's legendary highlights is from the saddle of a comfortable bicycle. On this half-day bike tour, our experienced guide will escort you through the city's streets, parks and squares, down side roads and alleys to discover Zagreb's beating heart.

You will feel Zagreb's vibe as you discover its history, hidden parks and artisan workshops, or wander through outdoor food markets to taste local, organic produce. If you are up for a special experience, you can even end your bike tour with a picnic in one of Zagreb's beautiful parks.

We offer three different options to choose from:

Classic Zagreb This is the perfect way to discover Zagreb and its famous sites in an entertaining way! Imagine yourself cycling through the heart of historic Zagreb and learning about the past and present of the Croatian capital from a knowledgeable guide who will, share little-known fun facts and let you in on many local secrets.

Zagreb Bike & Taste This tasting tour doesn't just include cycling through beautiful parks and other green corners of Zagreb, but also lets you sample delicious local foods and drinks. You will visit Zagreb's most famous food market and organic food shops, and then bike to one of the city's central parks for a picnic consisting of the goodies you picked up along the way!

Artisan's Tour A shoemaker, Zagreb's oldest bakery dating from 1925, some original leather works and a look at traditional jewelry making are just some of the highlights of this intriguing tour. Participants will receive discounts at all the artisan's workshops visited on this tour.

Additional Information

Each Tour includes:


• Bicycle rental
• Helmet (wearing is mandatory)
• Bicycle lock
• Bicycle basket for your personal belongings
• English-speaking licensed guide
• Poncho in case of the rain

Price of the Zagreb Bike & Taste tour includes all the tastings and purchase of all products that will be consumed at the picnic.

Each tour is filmed with a GoPro Camera, with videos and photos available for purchase after the tour (not included in the tour price).

Participants of this tour are both Select Croatia and non-Select Croatia clients; maximum number of participants is 10. Children under the age of 14 cannot participate in the tour as drivers, since only adult-size bicycles are provided. Children up to six years old can ride with their parents on the back in a child seat that is provided free of charge. A bike trolley is also available on request for children under six.

Please note that transportation to/from the meeting point is NOT included in the total price. Select Croatia will be happy to arrange a private transfer for a supplemental fee.

In the event of rain the tour will NOT be canceled; raincoats will be provided.
